my happiness.

If you feel happy; you feel calmer, centered and able to breathe.
If you feel positive about the future; it's harder to catastrophise.
If you feel thankful; it's easy to count your blessings 
(not your cognitive distortions).

Never thought I'd say this but there is definitely a place for medication.
I'm taking tomorrow off to enjoy my new-found peace and happiness;
it is the healthiest way of expressing the control I have in my life.
