Steps for a breakdown:
1. See everything as an effort, impossible, overwhelming
2. Fail to complete set tasks which are too much effort, impossible or overwhelming
3. Stay up late, sleep in, nap throughout the day, listless energy
4. Believe or perceive the future as no better than the present, give up
5. Bed
