exaggerate the essential, leave the obvious vague.

“When we quit thinking primarily about ourselves and our own self-preservation, we undergo a truly heroic transformation of consciousness.” —Joseph Campbell

Notes written a while back on (self prompted) medication changes...
Think of lowering medication dosage like the building regulations for houses in Japan - houses must be able to sway and move a certain amount to allow for regular earthquakes and tectonic plate movement, otherwise they will just crumble; learning to live with some degree of emotional movement will be a step forward in my recovery process and signify a new chapter and real positive changes in my concentration, motivation and fatigue.

“I don't believe people are looking for the meaning of life as much as they are looking for the experience of being alive.” —Joseph Campbell
