magic, madness, heaven, sin.

Recent health food obsession has taken hold...inspired by the lovely Bubbles and her family. Currently adore my special breakfast juice and trying lots of fun new combinations as breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea. You can also add chia seeds, mint, celery, spinach or avocado if you wish :')

Base mix (made in bulk and stored in the fridge):
2 ginger root bunches
1 lemon (peal and remove rind)
1 grapefruit (rind removed) 

Green breakfast smoothie (see below):
3 tsp base mixture
1 apple (pealed and cored)
3/4 coconut water
1/4 cucumber
1/4 cup of spinach

Other juice combos:

Mango custard juice:
1 mango
2 limes (peal and remove rind)
1 cup of vanilla yogurt
5-6 ice cubes

Tropical juice:
1 tsp base mixture
3 apples (pealed and cored)
1/4 whole pineapple
1/2 cucumber
1 lime (peal and remove rind)
1/2 cup coconut kernel (from fresh coconut)
